Who needs an RV resort when you’re in Vegas when the city is already a resort in itself, right? Nope, even in this glamorous metropolis, there’s something to be said about the luxury of staying at a high-end campground and being close to nature. In this list of our favorite RV Resorts in Las Vegas, you’ll discover our top 4 places for a luxurious camping experience on your caravan or travel trailer–complete with all the fancy amenities, top-notch entertainment, and prime locations.
Our Favorite RV Resorts in Las Vegas
For ultimate luxury, we recommend the number 1 on our list, the Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort. Their service is excellent, with a helpful concierge that will assist you in booking any entertainment that you like, day or night. The place is immaculate and you’ll be pampered by the friendly staff and sumptuous amenities. Help yourself to a delicious breakfast in their clubhouse or a cozy dip in the beachfront family pool and waterfalls. Plus, you can bring your pets on your stay.
Located very close to the north of the strip, this 55-acre, custom-built RV resort is in a prime location. The Oasis Las Vegas has a tropical Casablanca theme that will help you relax and unwind. You can enjoy the bright sun of Las Vegas while soaking in the spa. Each guest has a spacious parking space that will allow you a great degree of privacy.
You can choose among 5 concrete-padded sites, Standard, Deluxe, Premium, Premium Plus, and Big Rig–with each site, about 5 bucks more expensive than the one before. Standard sites are farthest from the clubhouse and resort amenities, with a view of the desert. They also don’t include lawn and picnic tables. The rest of the sites do, and are also closer to the clubhouse and resort amenities, with better views.
We personally like the Premium Plus, with its lovely back-in sites, fencing, cute grassy areas, and convenient barb-q pits.
If you got yourself a big rig, then the Big Rig site is just for you with its 90 feet of space each!
Just 20 mins from the Strip and also next to the Silver Bowl Park, Clark County Wetlands Park and the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve–it’s hard to beat Duck Creek RV Park & Resort’s convenient location. It’s like combining the glamour of being in Vegas but still conveniently next to the serenity of nature. And not only is the Strip just 10 miles away, but you can also reach downtown in just 19 minutes, while Lake Mead is just a 36 min drive.
If you like going on picnics with the whole family, if you’ve got kids who like to play football or baseball, or if the pet dog needs a long walk, you’ll enjoy the access to the county park.
Duck Creek RV Park & Resort has Standard sites and Premium/Pull-Thru sites. All sites can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Neither does the resort lack for amenities. They have a heated pool and spa that is accessible all year-round; a playground that will keep the kids entertained for hours with swings, slides, and castle-building; and several picnic areas and outdoor grills where you can make and eat delicious food while enjoying the fresh air.
The resort also offers the usual conveniences–they have a great room for watching movies or playing games, a business center with a computer, printer, and copy & fax machine, a park store with food, beverages, souvenirs, and RV supplies, and a DVD and book rental shop.
As one of the top RV resorts in Vegas and one of the biggest RV facilities, the adults-only Las Vegas RV Resort does not disappoint. It’s a fully-gated resort with 24-hours security, located conveniently near the Strip. They have around 400 RV sites, restricted to guests 18 years of age and older. If you want to be near the bustle of the desert city’s entertainment while still soothed by the vibes of a relaxing vacation, then you’ll be pleased by the comforts offered by this RV resort in Las Vegas.
With free high-speed wireless internet throughout the whole resort, back-in and pull-thru sites, a heated pool and spa, and a fitness center. There’s a club room, handicapped facilities, phone sites, pool mister system, adult park, propane delivery, book exchanges, and even picnic table at every site!
Worry no more if you have a big caravan or travel trailer, for XL rigs, Las Vegas RV Resort have XL sites that are 100 feet long!
And our favorite part, the RV resort has recently started a green initiative. They now have tankless water heaters that offer better efficiency, their washers and dryers are all energy-efficient and they now have solar heating for the swimming pool.
