1989 m. baigęs Hubėjaus ekonomikos universitetą, Raymondas pastatė gamyklą ir įgijo metalo gamybos specialybę. Jis ir jo šeima reguliariai lankydavosi lauko stovykloje, bet jo vaikai niekada nemėgdavo miegoti ant žemės palapinėje. „Kodėl aš negaliu savo gamykloje pastatyti RV? Raimondas pagalvojo. Taigi 2008 m. Raymondas sukūrė RV komandą ir sėkmingai sukūrė savo pirmąjį RV.
