How Ecocampor Builds Your Motorhome — Step by Step
These details are why you should choose Ecocampor as your RV camper manufacturer.
#1 Base Chassis Preparation
We begin by selecting a reliable commercial chassis, such as Ford Transit, Iveco Daily, or local equivalents, based on your regional market. Each chassis is inspected, leveled, and prepped for modification, including electrical routing and base floor framing.
#2 Structural Framework & Exterior Build
A custom aluminum or steel subframe is installed to support the camper cabin. We then add:
High-strength FRP or aluminum composite wall panels
Insulated roofing with pre-routed AC/Solar wiring
Windows, skylights, side doors, and service hatches
All exterior components are sealed for weather resistance and tested against dust and water ingress.
#3 Interior Layout & Utility System Installation
We follow your approved layout to install:
Furniture modules (beds, dinettes, storage cabinets)
Full kitchen units with sink, fridge, cooktop
Wet or dry bathroom (toilet, shower, water heater)
Electrical system (12V/220V), battery + inverter, LED lighting
Plumbing system with fresh/grey water tanks & water pump
Options like diesel heaters, rooftop solar, lithium batteries, and in-wall wiring are available upon request.
#4 Final Assembly & Detailing
After system checks, we move to:
Flooring & upholstery finishing
Panel and trim fitment
Branding (OEM logos, graphics, decals)
Final cleaning and polish
